Our Apartment
In the upper part of the town of Porto Santo Stefano, overlooking the new port and the ancient fortress, symbol of the past Spanish domination, is this apartment, located on the second floor of a characteristic “santostefanese” building.

In the upper part of the town of Porto Santo Stefano, overlooking the new port and the ancient fortress, symbol of the past Spanish domination, is this apartment, located on the second floor of a characteristic “santostefanese” building.
The apartment consists of a corridor/ entrance, where we find: double bedroom, composed by: double bed, sofa (with possibility of transformation into a sofa bed to a square and a half), wardrobe, air conditioning, plasma TV and window from the back.
Bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Next to the bathroom there is a closet, consisting of: washing machine, dustpan, clothes dryer and a small wardrobe.
At the end of the corridor we enter into the cozy living room/ kitchen. In the living room you will find a dining table (extendable), double sofa bed, air conditioning and plasma TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils including: kettle, oven and toaster. Living room and kitchen are arranged of window and door-window with balcony, overlooking the wonderful view on the sea.
The apartment has a wi-fi line.
PARKING: At the base of the building is located a paid parking very useful for loading/ unloading luggage. Nearby there is the possibility of parking for free.
According to the current legislation, there is a tourist tax of 2 € per person per night. Please note that children who are under 14 at the time of their stay are not eligible for the tax.
Services
During the check-in and your stay, I am available to provide all useful information to make you spend your holiday at the best (restaurants, beaches, excursions…).
It is possible to have on request at an extra cost of the stay, the change of linen (sheets and towels) and the rearrangement of the apartment.
Conditions of Booking
Booking and cancellation conditions
No later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay is required.
In case of non-receipt of the deposit, by the dates indicated, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
As provided for by the civil code to art. 1385, there is no refund of the deposit in case of cancellation, except exceptions granted to the Customer.
The confirmation of the reservation implies the acceptance of the conditions of reservations and cancellation.
The balance of the reservation will be requested within 7 days from the date of arrival; in case of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
For cancellations after the balance, no refund of the fee paid, except exceptions granted to the Customer.
Any extra will be paid on site before departure.
